From 1995 to 2012, I directed choirs for children, teenager and adults and staged numerous - often elaborate productions - including with children with special needs. During this time, I also worked as a singing teacher.
This is what I
made out of it
I studied rhythmics (music & movement) with the minor subject in choir conducting. I have improved my skills as a dancer at TIP Freiburg -School for Dance, Improvisation and Performance. And then trained as an integrative vocal coach.
Since 2008, my focus has shifted to choreography and performance. With my Company urbanReflects and the Collective wirHabenDasNichtGewollt-Produktion I have developed numerous, frequently participatory pieces that often take place in public spaces. I realized more and more that I didn't want to be a servant artist. At the same time, if you want to produce in a professional context in Germany, that's exactly the price you pay. That's why I gave up my life in Germany in 2017, emigrated to Mexico and have been doing whatever I feel like doing ever since.

My most recent research adventure is the Next Culture Company, which uses the game world of Possibility Management to (r)evolutionize art performance and reception, including through integrity, inclusion and the creation of worlds in a radically self-responsible context (not to be confused with lone wolfism!).

iis a network of dance professionals and other artists, institutions, local politicians and people who want to bring contemporary dance to the Southern Wine Route in Rhineland-Palatinate in the form of performances, workshops and courses. We focus mainly on Landau i. d. Pfalz, Neustadt/ Weinstraße and the surrounding area. For the realization of projects, we have partners and still looking for contacts beyond the state border, both regionally (Baden-Württemberg, Hessen, Saarland) and internationally (France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Mexico).
Tanzkomplizen SÜW began in 2022 with a federal funding from Fonds Soziokultur and the project Der TanzTürchen-Adventskalender and a federal funding from Fonds Darstellende Künste for the Peer-to-Peer-Project Publikumversteher (Audience Understanders). For 2024, we are also receiving several grants from the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry (including from the AG Kultur and the Upper Rhine Conference) and the City of Ludwigshafen.
They were expanded and consolidated through analog network meetings and symposia, which were held together with the umbrella organization Dachverband Tanz Deutschland as part of Tanzpakt Stadt-Land-Bund.
Since then, online meetings have been held every two months to stay in touch and up to date. We plan joint projects, support each other in the realization of our ideas and expand our network. We are open and curious about other collaboration partners, be it to plan projects, create performance venues, create spaces for further trainings and exchanges with colleagues or to get involved as dance accomplices.
II am an expert in creating collaborative and collective spaces, be it as an artist, networker or spaceholder for creative and transformative spaces. I am a passionate Possibility Manager. The distinctions and new maps of this game world hold incredible potential for changes within my everyday life and for my art creations. I learn more and more through the people in my trainings how we can shape being in relationship with people in extraordinary ways.
As a 'with-and-without-velvet-gloves coach' and 'between-the-lines-perceiver', I prefer to dig in unplowed fields. With my persistent manner and potential-oriented view, I bring clarity and precision to interpersonal relationships, ask dangerous questions and dare to be uncomfortable for others. I lead transformative spaces with my heart and my sword. My many years of experience as an educator and my involvement with team-oriented corporate strategies as well as methods and tools from agile management, intentional community life and, of course, Possibility Management also help me in this.
I am only interested in encounters and relationships in the context of radical self-responsibility and when everyone takes full ownership of their four feelings. I am worth nothing less to myself. This life is worth nothing less to me.

Semillas del viento is the vision of an
ARTIST ECO VILLAGE
in Chiapas, in the south of Mexico.
Based on the principles and distinctions of Possibility Management, people live regeneratively together with nature, in their full self-responsibility for themselves and their feelings.
It is a place for creativity, art development with a focus on dance, performance and interdisciplinary creation.
There is no physical location yet, but there are already plenty of trainings, seminars and research spaces (mostly online) for "practicing" encounters, communication and being together.

A fertile land in Mexico becomes a home for a group of burning souls who want to enrich life on this planet with art, ideas and actions for alternative regenerative ways of living. With the aim of creating nonmaterial value and meaning instead of added value in a consuming world, we are committed to the areas that bring us into aliveness. We create a place of abundance and provide ourselves with food, energy, water and shelter. With a minimum of necessary activities and a maximum of autonomy, we make ourselves largely independent of money and create time and space for our passions.

Seeds sometimes have to fly very far before they finally land where they can sprout and take root. Meanwhile they experience challenging and magical moments along the way. Each seed contains its full potential and all the experiences of its enduring flight. They have braved wind and weather, stood their ground against adversaries and as they land and grow, all of this becomes part of them. Semillas del viento (wind seeds) are concentrated energy, strength, competence and intention. A good mixture for a potent and resilient, healthy plant - for a project that has the strength and stamina to blossom and spread, to land and take effect in many more places around the world.
